Tim Warman

Chief Executive Officer & Director

Mr. Warman is a mining executive and geologist with more than 30 years of experience ranging from early-stage exploration to production. He has held senior leadership roles and board positions with some of the industry’s most successful companies including Fiore Gold, Continental Gold, Dalradian Resources and Aurelian Resources. Earlier in his career he held senior positions in mining and exploration companies in the Americas, Africa and Europe.

Mr. Warman is a graduate of the University of Manitoba (MSc) and McMaster University (BSc) and is a member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario.

Jason O'Connell

Chief Financial Officer

Jason O'Connell has worked in the mining industry for 20 years and was most recently Senior Vice President at Franco-Nevada, having held several different roles in the organization beginning in 2008. His responsibilities included leading business development activities for diversified mining and energy opportunities and managing the corporation's energy portfolio. He also worked in the business development group and managed investor relations. Prior to joining Franco-Nevada, he worked in mining equity research at the Bank of Montreal, covering junior mining companies. Mr. O'Connell holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Dalhousie University and Bachelor of Science degree with honours in Geology from Acadia University.

Denis Flood, P. Eng., PMP

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Flood has over 20 years of engineering, operations, and construction experience across all stages of the mining life cycle in Canada, the United States, and Mexico. He has held executive positions with Excellon Resources and Foran Mining Corporation. Throughout his career, Mr. Flood has held key leadership roles in delivering studies and constructing and operating large mining operations including Rio Tinto's Resolution Copper Project in Arizona and Glencore's Nickel Rim South Mine in Sudbury. Mr. Flood is a graduate of Dalhousie University (B. Eng.) and is a QP under the CIM definition in NI 43-101.

Charlie Ronkos

Executive Vice-President Exploration

Mr. Ronkos has 45 years of exploration experience mainly in the United States, Canada and Latin America. For more than 25 years he held executive positions with Goldcorp and Glamis Gold. As Vice President Exploration, he was associated with the discovery of over 40 million ounces of gold and 1.3 billion ounces of silver.

Mr. Ronkos is a graduate of Mackay School of Mines University of Nevada, Reno (MSc) and Wittenberg University (BA) and is a QP member of the Mining and Metallurgical Society of America.

Nelson Bodnarchuk, MBA, B. Eng., PMP

Vice-President People & Systems

Mr. Bodnarchuk has over 20 years of mining leadership experience across engineering, operations, construction, capital projects, and organizational transformation in the uranium, base metals, and precious metals sectors. He has held leadership roles with Torex Gold, Cameco, and Glencore, most recently as Vice President of Health and Safety at Torex Gold. Mr. Bodnarchuk holds a B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering from Lakehead University and an MBA from Strayer University.

Jasmin Dobson

Vice-President Environment and Permitting

Jasmin Dobson is an environmental and permitting professional with over 15 years of experience in the mining industry, with roles spanning exploration through to operations at mines in both the Yukon Territory and British Columbia. She has held leadership roles with Newmont, Goldcorp and Capstone Copper, leading permitting, environmental management, and First Nation and stakeholder engagement programs across multiple mining projects. Jasmin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Royal Roads University and is a Qualified Professional (P.Ag) under the British Columbia Professional Governance Act.

Jennie Gjertsen

Vice-President Sustainability and External Relations

Jennie Gjertsen is a sustainability leader with nearly 20 years of multi-metallic mining experience across all stages of mine development, including leadership roles at Newmont, Goldcorp, Capstone Copper, Kaminak, and Yukon Zinc. She has led environmental, permitting, and Indigenous engagement programs and agreement negotiations at mines throughout the North. Jennie serves as President of Yukon Women in Mining and is a Board Member of the Yukon Hospital Foundation. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia.

Patrick Loury

Vice President, Mineral Resources

Patrick Loury is a geologist with 15 years of experience spanning grassroots exploration through to operating mines. Most recently, he served as Manager of Geology and Mineral Resources at Prime Mining Corp., where his work supported significant Mineral Resource growth ahead of the company’s acquisition by Torex Gold. Prior to that, Patrick held a range of technical roles with Kinross Gold Corporation and Nevada Gold Mines (a Barrick–Newmont joint venture). He holds a B.Sc. in Earth Sciences from Montana State University and an M.Sc. in Geology from the University of Utah, and is a Certified Professional Geologist (CPG) with the American Institute of Professional Geologists.

David Maude

Vice President, Finance

David Maude has more than 25 years of international finance experience across the mining, hospitality, and media sectors. He spent 15 years at Kinross Gold, where he held a series of senior roles including Vice President, Treasurer; Vice President, Finance; and Vice President, Internal Audit & Enterprise Risk Management. Earlier in his career, David worked with KPMG in Vancouver and Warsaw, focusing on audit and advisory for publicly listed companies. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and holds a Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy from McGill University and a B.Sc. from the University of British Columbia.

Amber Schaefer

Corporate Secretary

Amber Schaefer has over 25 years of experience in legal administration.  She has been providing corporate secretarial, governance and securities compliance services to numerous public companies over the last 25 years.  Prior to joining Fuerte Metals Corporation., she was Corporate Secretary for RIWI Corp., Lumina Copper and Anfield Nickel. She also held the position of Manager, Legal Affairs at Pan American Silver.  Amber holds a Paralegal Diploma from Capilano University.

Sébastien Tolgyesi

Vice President, Coffee Project

Sébastien Tolgyesi is a mining professional with more than 25 years of experience across geology, engineering, and operations, including 15 years working in northern Canada. He has held senior roles with Glencore, Agnico Eagle, Capstone, Coeur Mining, Hecla, and Newmont, contributing to both project development and operating assets. His experience includes helping bring Agnico Eagle’s Meadowbank Mine into production, supporting the restart of Coeur’s Silvertip Mine, and advancing the return to production of the Minto and Keno Hill mines in the Yukon. More recently, he was involved in the transition of ownership at the Musselwhite mine between Newmont and Orla Mining. Based in Whitehorse, Sébastien serves on the Board of the Yukon Chamber of Mines. He holds a B.Sc. in Geology from Université de Montréal and a B.Eng. in Mining Engineering from Université Laval, and is a Qualified Person under NI 43-101.

Chris Beer

Board Chair

Mr. Beer brings over 35 years of experience in mining finance, capital markets, and resource investing, including 24 years as Managing Director & Senior Portfolio Manager at RBC Global Asset Management, where he led award-winning global portfolios in precious metals, natural resources, energy, and clean energy. Mr. Beer began his career as an exploration geologist with Noranda Exploration and later spent seven years as a mining analyst at leading Canadian banks.

Mr. Beer also serves as an independent director of ATEX Resources Inc. and Metalla Royalty & Streaming Ltd. He holds the CFA designation, an MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Memorial University of Newfoundland.

Scott Hicks

Independent Director

Mr. Hicks served as VP Corporate Development and Communications of Lumina Gold, Luminex Resources and Anfield Gold. He played a key role in the sale of all three companies to CMOC, Adventus Mining and Equinox Gold respectively. He also served as CEO and Director of Strategic Resources. Prior to his executive roles, he was an investment banker working with RBC Capital Markets and BMO Capital Markets on their respective mining teams. Over the last 15+ years, he has worked on numerous equity and debt financings and mergers and acquisitions in Canada and Australia. Mr. Hicks holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from the University of British Columbia.

Shannon McCrae

Independent Director

Ms. McCrae is a seasoned professional geologist and mining executive with more than 25 years of experience in the resources industry, having held senior executive positions at Barrick Gold and De Beers Canada. Her expertise spans from early-stage exploration activities, with a track record of driving economic discoveries, to mine sites in a number of leading mining jurisdictions. She also serves as a board member of Gold Fields and Major Drilling and was previously a NED of Probe Gold, Vox Royalty and Boart Longyear. Ms. McCrae holds the P. Geo and ICD.D professional accreditations and earned a BSc (Geology) from Western University.

Dawson Proudfoot

Independent Director

Dawson Proudfoot is a highly experienced mining engineer and operator with more than 30 years of experience in mine development, construction, and operations. He served as Vice-President of Engineering at Torex Gold from its founding in 2010 through 2019, where he helped lead the development of the Morelos Project. Prior to Torex, Mr. Proudfoot held progressively senior engineering and operational roles at Falconbridge’s Sudbury operations, including Engineering Superintendent for all Sudbury nickel operations. Mr. Proudfoot holds a B.Sc. in Mining Engineering from Queen’s University.

Sandip Rana

Independent Director

Sandip Rana is the Chief Financial Officer of Franco-Nevada, the world’s leading gold-focused royalty and streaming company, where he has overseen financial strategy, capital allocation, and balance sheet management since 2010. Prior to Franco-Nevada, Mr. Rana held senior finance roles at Newmont and Four Seasons Hotels Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA). In 2019, Mr. Rana was recognized as a Top Gun CFO by Brendan Wood International.

Tracy Reynolds

Director

Tracy Reynolds currently serves as Head, Corporate Development at Newmont Corporation and brings 15 years of financial and capital markets-based experience in the mining industry. Prior to joining Newmont in 2023 she spent nine years working in progressively senior Investor Relations, Financial Planning and Corporate Development roles at Yamana Gold. Ms. Reynolds has a Master of Finance from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Commerce from Queens University, and holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
